Electrolysis – Permanent Hair Removal

Electrolysis is the only permanent hair removal method available. A fine disposable probe is slid into the natural opening of the hair follicle and a small amount of electrical energy is emitted causing the destruction of the bulb, papilla and hair growth cells to prevent another hair from growing in that follicle. The hair gently slides out of the follicle.

Areas to be treated with electrolysis include the eyebrows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, forehead, ears and neck.

Electroylsis is the perfect complement to Laser Hair Reduction as you won’t be totally hair free with Laser Treatments, hence the word “Reduction”. Laser only targets the pigment in the hair and will not treat blond or white hairs. Electrolysis will treat the remaining stray hairs.
