Skin Tags/Milia

Skin tags are an overgrowth of the skin and are usually brown or flesh coloured.  They are harmless and can normally be found where there is friction from clothing such as around the neck, on the underarms and under the breasts.   Skin tags are often numerous and can be irritating as they can catch on clothing or jewellery. Skin tags can be easily removed with Advanced Electrolysis.

Milia are hard white bumps that show up on the face and can be 1 – 2 mm in size and are difficult to remove by yourself.  They are formed when keratin becomes trapped under the surface of the skin forming a cyst.  They can be caused by laser resurfacing, long term sun damage, and occlusive products. For larger milia we can treat them with Advanced Electrolysis.  If you have many tiny milia, we can recommend medical grade skin care, cool peels and advanced facials to help alleviate the problem.
